In 2013, Political Science Association of Armenia in cooperation with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Armenia, implemented a program on “The Policy of Social Protection in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia”. Within the framework of the Programme a round table discussion was organized with the representatives from the Ministry of Defense, as well as the national experts in social policy. The purpose of the round table was to analyze the legal documents governing the sector of the social support of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, to identify gaps in the social protection sector and their impact on servicemen and members of their families, the possible ways to overcome the existing gaps and review their performance through lively discussions.

- The Armenian-Russian-English defense security dictionary

In November-December 2012, Political Science Association of Armenia commissioned by the Ministry of Defence implemented the program of elaboration of the Armenian-Russian-English dictionary for the defense security terms (3.000 terms, and term phrases). The main purpose of the trilingual dictionary is to clarify the views of experts from various departments in order to avoid different interpretations of terms, to increase the effectiveness of communication with the Russian-speaking and English-speaking foreign colleagues by identifying mutual perceptions on the conceptual and terminological level, to implant in the military-political sphere and political science of the RA the advanced cultural international standards of the given field.

- Guidelines of Professional Ethics for Political Scientists

Political Science Association of Armenia in cooperation with US Alumni Association of Armenia has implemented a seven month long project (September 2011-April 2012) that concentrated the attention of political scientists and wider public on the issues of professional ethics and resulted in composition and publication of the "Guidelines of Professional Ethics for Political Scientists". This publication will serve as a guideline for achieving highest standards of professional ethics and academic excellence both for individuals and institutions and will create sustainable self-regulatory mechanisms, including tackling reported grievances.

- Early Recovery and Consequence Managment in the aftermath of Natural and Man-made Disasters in the Greater Black Sea Area (CRISHOPE)

“Political Science Association of Armenia” NGO together with the Center for East-European and Asian Studies (Bucharest) has participated in the program “Early recovery and consequence management in the aftermath of natural and man-made disasters in the Greater Black Sea Area” being the partner organization of CEEAS in Armenia. The program started in April, 2011 and finished in February, 2012. The main purpose of the program was the elaboration of a regional model for early recovery and consequence management in the aftermath of natural and man-made disasters which was presented to relevant Departments.
